I'm still here!

I'm still here! I am spending all my writing energy either on our book or over at the Different Dream website! We are having a great summer, and I covet your prayers as I approach my Sept. 20th deadline for our first draft. VERY EXCITING!!

About Me

I grew up and went to college in the small town of Upland, IN. I graduated from Taylor University with a degree in Elementary Education in 2002. While at TU, I married my college sweetheart and so began our adventure! We have three amazing kids on earth, and one sweet boy waiting for us in heaven. Our daughter Abigail (Abbey) has multiple disabilities including cerebral palsy, a seizure disorder, hearing loss, microcephaly, and oral dysphagia. She is the inspiration for most of this blog and can light up a room with her smile in two seconds flat. My husband, Ryan, and I have been serving in youth ministry for almost 15 years together.
